When selecting the materials we use, we focus on flexibility. That’s why our air cushions are available in four versions. Whether you decide on cushions made of recycled materials or renewable raw materials, you always choose sustainability.

100 percent recyclable

Our BasicLine is the classic anti-static HDPE film made of 10 percent recycled materials. It’s characterised by its sturdiness and wide range of possible applications.

Our GreenLine air cushion film contains at least 30% recycled material. As our bestseller, it delivers the trusted AIRWORKS protection, high durability and efficient handling – making it ideal for daily use across a wide range of shipping applications.

Our RecycLine is made from material with a maximum possible recycled content of over 90% and is 100% recyclable.
This allows us to close the loop, conserve valuable resources and reduce CO₂ emissions – all without compromising the proven benefits of AIRWORKS.
Are our air cushions sustainable?
We’re aware of our ecological responsibility. All our products are made in Germany of recyclable and recycled materials and can be fed back into the recycling loop after use.
AIRWORKS air cushions are made of 1 percent material and 99 percent air.
Rely on optimal product protection while using as little material as possible – our HDPE-based air cushions ensure sustainable efficiency. The material used can be recycled 100 percent. We also use a portion of recycled material or sustainable raw materials. Positive side effect: The 99 percent air weighs next to nothing, which keeps the transport weight of the packaging solution low as well.
