Automatic air cushion separation for maximum efficiency & flexibility.
- Our CIRRUS EasyCut is the ideal solution for the automatic cutting of air cushion chains. The system cuts precisely along the perforation and delivers pre-cut chains in user-friendly combinations of length and quantity.

- The CIRRUS EasyTear separates air cushion mats cleanly and efficiently along the perforations using its tearing mechanism – without any cutting required. Thanks to flexible combinations of chain length and quantity, the system is particularly user-friendly and enables highly efficient operation.

CIRRUS Pillow delivery System supplies up to 16 packing stations / 8 back to back with the programmed chosen quantity of cushion chains fully replenishing automatically. We have strived to make the parts we use fexible across several solutions, so pack stations can be adapted should your work space change, evolve or prodictivity grow. Below is an overview ilustrating how these parts are used and can be used over various configurations
Roll container
The roll container serves as the basis for the EasyBox, the FlexiBox and the DockingStation, but it can also be used separately.
Machine holder for roll container
With the machine holder, you can secure your air cushion machine to the roll container to create our EasyBox system solution.
Duct neck
The duct neck turns a simple roll container into a FlexiBox, which allows for the ergonomic removal of air cushions. With restriction to floor space, these have been installed the other side of a conveyor belt or behind / to the side of a work station with an automatic replenishing function as the material is being used.
Twister arm
With our twister arm, you can expand our portable system solution in the blink of an eye and turn it into an automatic winding unit.
Jam indicator
Sensor – A sensor can be added to any machine allowing a chosen bin / floor hopper to be filled, stop any over flow when full and then automatically replenish as material is being taken.
FOOT SWITCH
The foot switch replaces the start symbol in the display and is especially useful if the machine is positioned in a hard-to-access location.
